Motive is seeking two talented and ambitious graduates to join our PR training scheme for 2024.
Ideally you will be graduating with a degree in journalism, communications or English although graduates of other subjects can also apply.
You must be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in PR and digital communications and a sound knowledge of how the media operates in the UK.
We will train you in every aspect of PR and help shape you into a credible PR professional. You will receive regular one to one mentoring and on going feedback to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
The successful applicants will have bags of enthusiasm and drive and be keen to make their mark in the PR industry and particularly on the digital PR scene by joining a multi award winning agency.
You will be paid a starting salary of £21k along with other benefits including generous holiday allowance (plus birthdays off) as well as hybrid home / office split week and flexitime.
As well as new graduates we are keen to hear from others who may have graduated in recent years but are seeking a change of direction by moving into the PR industry.
