We are committed to PR With Purpose which means we bring a laser-sharp focus to every project. We are all about results and measurement. We don't do "fluffy" PR.
If you want more people to know about your business, product or service then we can help shine the bright spotlight of media attention on you and build your brand by putting you in front of millions of potential new customers and clients. If your website is part of your marketing mix then we can supercharge it through PR for SEO, earning huge numbers of online brand mentions and powerful backlinks from some of the most respected news sites on the web. We can help you win awards, make videos, stage events, run social media campaigns or launch new websites. Whatever it takes to help you grow we can put it into your MAP.
There are six key benefits from a Motive campaign: increased brand awareness through lots of media coverage, SEO boosting backlinks, increased credibility via an enhanced reputation and a well-stocked press page, improved conversion rates, more traffic, and ultimately, more sales.
This stands for the client’s Motive Action Plan. It’s a document we agree at the start of every project which sets the direction for the campaign and contains agreed KPIs and goals.
No, we never, ever buy links. All the backlinks we deliver for clients are earned links. We win them through high editorial standards and news sense. Earned links are the kind most loved by Google, which also happens to hate nasty paid-for links.
Nope, we offer the full PR mix working with a very wide range of clients from every sector of business. But we find most businesses these days do have a website which they use as a marketing tool so we can offer a solution which works both on and offline.
Yes, we are a creative bunch and we love nothing more than brainstorming headline grabbing ideas for clients. We make sure our ideas are aligned to your business goals so they will drive the outcomes you seek.
Steve McComish registered the company on 26 June 2008, founding the agency following a career as a news journalist with one of the UK’s highest selling national daily newspapers. We purchased our own office building in Nottingham in 2019.
Yes, of course. We offer a free initial consultation where we meet and discuss your needs and from there we can start to put together your Motive Action Plan to deliver success.
No, not if you don’t want to. Once we have agreed the Motive Action Plan you can pretty much leave us to get on with it for you. We’ll be in regular contact but we are here to make your life easier, not more difficult.
This varies from client to client and campaign to campaign. We will agree goals with you at the planning stage and are happy to work to any KPIs you suggest.
There isn’t one. We are just very good at what we do.
The exact level of investment will depend on the goals we agree at the planning stage and on how much of our time it’s going to take to reach them, so every campaign is different. But our rates are very reasonable within our industry.
We don’t tie clients in to lengthy contracts but we do recommend you take a long term view to get the most out of PR.
We are really proud of our client retention rates which are among the very best in the PR industry. Six clients have been with us for more than six years while three have been us for more than eight years. Not every client needs long term help though and some do come in for short projects only.
Definitely! Speaking to one of our clients is a great way to find out more about working with us. We can share contact details on request.
Yes, this is something we do for many of our clients and we have an excellent track record of helping clients win both national and regional awards across many different business sectors.
Yes we do. It’s something we will look at when we put together your Motive Action Plan.
Yep, we can do that too.
We don’t currently offer these services but we work closely with partner agencies who can help you with this.
Yes, we’ve got that covered.
Great, let’s have a chat about your needs.
